Baking it’s a delicious mix of science and creativity

I especially love working with sourdough, experimenting with recipes from San Francisco’s legendary starters to bakes inspired by Maurizio, my baking idol. Just like in product management, each loaf is a balance of science and art, with room for iteration and learning. Below are some of my favorite creations (and yes, plenty of sourdough crumb shots!).
